Lazy Sunday dreaming

It's still a little chilly here in the UK and most of us won't have been brave enough to take off our woolly socks and jumpers yet. So here's a scene from sunny Lindos, on the Greek island of Rhodes, the setting of Embrace launch title Storm's Heart by Rachel Lyndhurst.

Not bad, eh?
Writers are always looking for inspiration and love to hear what their readers are looking for, so where would your dream romantic destination be? Tell us where you'd like see some passion explode!

Don't forget, there's still time to win a signed paperback copy of Storm's Heart over at Rachel Lyndhurst's blog

Storm's Heart is also available to purchase as eBook or paperback here.

Enjoy your Sunday!

  1. Wow, great picture! I'm heading to Lindos this summer for a sizzling holiday treat... *hopes Andreas will be there at the same time*

I'd like to see some passion explode in Italy, especially in or around Florence, which is my favourite city ever. Either there or in the Scottish Highlands, or Cornwall, or...

  2. Hi Rachel

I've been to Lindos and loved it! I guess that's why I loved Storm's Heart so much. Sun, sea, views, donkey taxis - a dashing hero is the perfect combination.

I agree Kath - I love the highlands and Cornwall. Florence, yummy! A Carribbean location also hits the spot for me and I'm quite partial to the odd cowboy.

  3. Kath, you won't be disappointed with Lindos, I guarantee it! Now - Italy - how about Portofino with some rugged Ligurian mountains thrown in for good measure? And Judy's Nanny Behaving Badly is set in Scotland if you fancy a flirty read!

Ooh, do us a Caribbean one will you, Judy? Scrummy!

  4. I've just downloaded Storm's Heart! Looking forward to curling up with a bit of romance and sunshine on this dark, cold evening. Brr.

  5. Certainly a little more inviting-looking than chilly Caernarfon, where I am currently languishing in a waterfront hotel - naughtily online instead of revising my novel, as you can see.

Thanks for the card, by the way, Rachel!!

  6. What a wonderful setting for a novel! I'll enjoy reading it as we are heading into autumn here.

  7. Thanks, Rachael!I do hope Storm's heart does the business for you!

Glad you got the card, Jane. I rather like the sound of where you are as well - a waterfront hotel sounds better than stuck indoors with a couple of bickering horrors. Catering ...

Thanks, Maggi! we're heading into spring here, or at least I hope we are. It feels like it's been a very long winter. X
